Annual Association Meeting

We earnestly request your presence for this most important annual meeting of the East View Cemetery Association. Mr. A. M. Alexander will no longer accept the nomination for  President due to health reasons, and  we must nominate a new President, as well as elect a Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Alexander has served tirelessly for the past 15 years, and will be greatly missed.  However, thankfully, he has agreed to act in an advisory capacity to the incoming president.

I am sure that most of you reading this letter, either knew Mr. Alexander, or have had occasion to need his vast expertise.  If he ever missed a work day you can be sure there was a very special occasion in his family, or he was very sick. Please come on the 28th of July and express your appreciation for a job more than well done.

More than ever, we will need the participation of our membership in making decisions that will impact East View in the years to come. The meeting will begin promptly at 10 A.M. and will end at or before 12 P.M. We hope to see as many present as possible. As always, we need you.  Also, please try to interest your children and grandchildren in attending this meeting as they are our future association leaders.

Thank you again for all donations to the maintenance of the cemetery, as you know East View is maintained solely by the generous contributions of our members and  friends.
